5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the EU.
Our goods are shipped using a suitable transport company depending on your chosen delivery address. This may include GLS, PostNord, FedEx, or similar services.

Delivery Conditions
Physical goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order. Digital goods (e.g., manuals) will be sent as a link in the order confirmation.
Some items may be subject to special delivery conditions, which will be specified prior to the purchase of these items.
Deliveries are made on business days. Items in stock are typically delivered within a few business days after the order is placed, depending on the delivery country. If an item is out of stock or there is a change in the indicated delivery time, customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that you bear the risk for the item after delivery has taken place. Delivery is considered complete when the item is in your possession. If the packaging appears damaged, you should refuse to accept the item.

Separate Deliveries
If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of order or if the items are stocked and shipped from different addresses. You will not be charged extra delivery costs for separate deliveries.

Collection of Goods
It is not possible to collect goods at the address. Marlic A/S does not have a showroom or retail sales at the address.

Shipping Costs
We offer free delivery within the EU on all orders above EUR 50. Orders under EUR 50 will be charged for delivery costs as specified at checkout.
Any return shipping costs will be charged according to the actual shipping cost of the returned items.

6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, and once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item to us. If you have ordered multiple items in one order that are delivered separately, the deadline is counted from the day you receive the last item.
This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. To withdraw, you must contact us at this email: info@marlic.dk.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving us clear notice of this.

Partial Withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you partially withdraw from your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us of your wish to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery.
We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent cash on delivery.

Return items should be sent to:
Marlic A/S
Mejerigaden 12
3730 Nexø
Denmark

We recommend that you keep the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post/transport carrier. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the items due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
If you have used the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right, after a concrete assessment in each case, to reduce the refund or allow the refund to lapse entirely. Lack of original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to ensure you receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase
Please include a copy of the order confirmation, invoice, or other proof of your purchase. Additionally, it will expedite processing if you include a copy of the email correspondence with our customer service (info@marlic.dk) where you reported your withdrawal.

Refund
You cannot be refunded additional costs associated with delivery if you explicitly chose a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Marlic A/S. The amount will be transferred to the bank account used for your original invoice payment.
You will receive the refund within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal (but no earlier than after we have received the returned item from you).
We will assess any reduction in the value of the item when we have received it.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part, if the value of the item is reduced because:

  • You have actually used the item.
  • It has been damaged while under your responsibility.
  • You have handled the item in a way that was unnecessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
  • You have removed price tags, labels, information signs, etc.
  • Missing or damaged packaging.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.

Uncollected Packages
If we receive a package that has not been collected from your chosen delivery point, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs incurred by us from the shipping companies for such a return.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch and thus cannot be returned.

h: The Warrantor assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind including damages arising from collision with other vessels or objects.

i: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
